Fiction Friday and what I'm reading

Yesterday, on my writer's list-to-self, it was Fiction Friday and I did spend some brain time on a couple of projects that I have in mind.

Literally, that I have in mind, and not on paper.

I try to remind myself that is part of the process, also.

A book that is helping me with this process is Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert.

Lots of good stuff. I enjoyed the chapter "Your Day Job." It reminds me of a post I wrote on another blog, "For the Love of the Game."

I will be exercising my writing muscle more soon- but for now, Friday has slipped into Saturday, and Saturday morning has rolled into Saturday dusk. Before the Sabbath slips away, let me share these beautiful Shabbat flowers with you, and wish you peace, and joy, and love. May the week ahead be one of health and happiness, good progress on worthy goals, and moments to reflect.

Shavuah tov.
